Ropp Jersey Cheese

We own and operate a 50 cow Jersey Dairy herd in Central Illinois. The Ropps have farmed in this area since 1859. In October 2006 we began making cheese with our milk. We have a retail store on the farm. We sell our cheese wholesale to grocery stores, natural food stores and winerys.
